It is the long-standing solution for kiln trolley and furnace running gear fitted with an automatic oil dropping system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRings and balls are stabilised AISI 52100 chrome steel with a manganese phosphate coating, clearance is opened to 4xC5, and the bearing is packed with molybdenum disulphide grease. The open design lets the oil dropping system feed lubricant straight into the bearing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis bearing is for automatic lubrication only. It needs a continuing supply of high temperature oil in service — without it the bearing will oxidise, seize and fail early.
