Please note that quotes are only valid for 24 hours. You may approve a quote and turn it into an order within this time frame. AIMS Industrial reserves the right to cancel any quotes for any reason.

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
2. Click on My Quotes.
3. Click on the respective APPROVE QUOTE button of the quote you want to approve.
   • You will be taken to the "Approve Quotes" page.
   • If you have several active quotes, you may preview them by right-clicking on the specific Order ID to make sure you are approving the right one.
   • You also have the option to print quote(s) by clicking on the Print button.
4. On the "Approve Quotes" page, click on APPROVE QUOTE.
   • You will be taken to the summary of the quote on the next page, where you will see the full details of your quote, such as the products quoted, shipping information, billing information, payment method and balance due.
   • You may also click DISMISS QUOTE to cancel the quote.
5. On the "Approve Quote" summary page, click on CONFIRM & APPROVE QUOTE on the top-left corner.
   • You will be taken to a confirmation page that says: "Congratulations: [Quote ID#] has been approved and changed to an order. You can pay for this order now by clicking on the pay now button below."
6. You may proceed to pay for your order by clicking on PAY NOW on the top-left corner.
