Applications

• This anti-static composite hose is designed for suction and discharge use on plant or road/rail tankers with a wide range of hydrocarbons where 100% aromatic resistance is required.

Construction

• Tube: Galvanised inner wire
• Reinforcement: High strength polypropylene films and fabrics,high density polyethylene film reinforcements, polyvinyl coated polyester fabric cover with outer galvanised wire.
• Cover: Green with yellow stripe, corrugated, weather and ozone resistant. Polyvinyl coated polyester fabric
• Hose: High strength polypropylene films and fabrics,high density polyethylene film reinforcements, polyvinyl coated polyester fabric
• Outer wire: Galvanised Steel
• Inner wire: Galvanised Steel

• The hose construction is exceptionally lightweight and flexible for ease of handling yet remains robust, hard-wearing and cost effective.

Specifications

• Electrically resistant to less than 1 ohms, as required by BS 5842 : 1980 clause 6.2.
• Hose and assembling in accordance with AS2683.2010 EN 13765 : 2003 & A52683.2010.
• AS2683 Type 1 Grade 1,2 3.Meets US Coast Guard requirements Lloyds and DNV approved
