What's Inside

• XDP135 is a highly refined mineral-based cutting oil designed for medium to heavy duty cutting and grinding operations for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• It can be used specially for cutting, grinding, lapping and honing steel, aluminium and yellow metals without staining and with very low odour.
• The select raw materials used in XDP135 provide good environmental conditions with very low mist and smoke in spite of its low viscosity.
• Thanks to its anti-wear, extreme-pressure and polar additives, XDP135 has excellent lubrication and cooling properties, ensuring good corrosion protection on workpieces and machine parts.

Application

• XDP135 is used as supplied, without dilution, for cutting and grinding operations.

Usage and Handling

• The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed.
• Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go!
• Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.

Storage

• The Excision XDP135 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.
• Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5°C or above 40°C.
• Shelf life: 1 year.
