Excision XPD System Cleaner

• XDP System Cleaner is a specially designed cleaner to be used in systems where metalworking fluids are continuously circulating.
• This product removes all dirtiness accumulated in pipes and tanks where metalworking fluids are running.
• XDP System Cleaner is formulated to clean, disinfect, and remove lime or other salt residues formed after long periods of the metalworking fluid circulating inside the pipelines.

Applications

• XDP System Cleaner is diluted in water at 3-6% depending on the dirtiness in the system.
• The system needs to be completely emptied of normal products.
• Load inside the system the minimum amount of water that allows the system to be set up in circulation mode and add the corresponding % of XDP System Cleaner to reach the desired concentration.
• The solution needs to be in recirculation for at least 2 hours and rinsed out with clear water before refilling with fresh product.
• If out coming water is not clean, repeat the operation described above until we reach an acceptable level of cleanliness.
