  • Loctite 754 Extend Rust Treatment is a fast drying, milky white liquid latex coating applied to rusted metal to stop rust, protect, and act as a primer for a finish coat.
  • It is satisfactory for exterior exposure without a topcoat in mild environments.
  • A maximum of two coats is recommended and allow seven to fourteen days for drying and curing.
  • Severe environments require a suitable topcoat.
  • Fast drying.
