• Crimped brushes provide lighter brushing action and superior finish when cleaning, removing rust and paint, smoothing, cleaning fettling from cast seams, light deburring.
• Recommended drive output minimum 300 watts
• PFERD uses special quality wires with high flexibility and bending fatigue strength as standard.
• In combination with the high filament density, these brushes have longer service lives than conventional brushes and therefore the processing costs per piece are reduced.
• In order to fulfil the particular requirements for machining stainless steel (INOX), PFERD uses a wire quality of 1.4310 (V2A) on all its INOX brushes.
