What's in the Clearance Range
Clearance products at AIMS typically fall into a few categories:
- End-of-line products: Lines that a supplier has discontinued. Stock is finite — once it sells through, it won't be reordered. If you use a specific item regularly, clearance is a good opportunity to stock up before availability ends entirely.
- Overstocked items: Products we've bought in volume and are moving through at a reduced margin. Full support and availability remain in place; we simply have more than we need at current sell-through rates.
- Display and opened stock: Occasionally items that have been used for display or demonstration purposes. Condition is always described accurately — we don't misrepresent stock.
- Short-dated consumables: Some consumable products have shelf life considerations. Where items are nearing their optimal use period, we offer them at clearance pricing for immediate use.
Quality and Warranty
Clearance pricing does not mean reduced quality or no warranty. Products in our clearance range carry the same manufacturer warranty as standard stock. If a product is sold as new, it is new.
