Flexovit's grinding and cutting range covers the most common angle grinder applications -- grinding weld seams, cutting structural steel and preparing metal surfaces prior to coating.

• Flexovit Grinding Disc: Depressed centre grinding disc in 100mm, 115mm and 125mm diameters; aluminium oxide abrasive for general-purpose carbon steel, stainless and cast iron grinding at a consistent stock removal rate
• Flexovit Metal Cutting Disc: Thin kerf cutting disc for clean, fast cuts in structural steel, pipe and flat bar; reduced material waste and lower heat generation compared to standard-thickness cutting wheels
• Flexovit Stainless Steel Cutting Disc: Iron-free and sulphur-free abrasive formulation specifically for stainless steel; prevents contamination that causes surface corrosion in food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications

Flexovit Flap Discs, Fibre Discs & Bench Grinding Wheels

Flexovit's flap discs and fibre discs achieve combined grinding and finishing in a single pass, producing a smoother result than conventional grinding discs.

• Flexovit Flap Disc: Zirconia or aluminium oxide flap disc in T27 flat and T29 angled configurations; grinding and blending in a single step for weld seam removal, edge deburring and paint stripping on carbon steel
• Flexovit Fibre Disc: Resin-bonded fibre-backed disc for use with a backing pad; suited to aluminium, stainless, mild steel and timber when mounted on a random orbital or angle grinder
• Flexovit Bench Grinding Wheel: Aluminium oxide bench wheel in 150mm and 200mm diameters for pedestal and bench grinders; used for tool sharpening, metal removal and deburring in maintenance workshops
