Choosing a hose connector
Match the connector to the hose bore and the layout of the job. Pick a straight connector to join two lengths of the same size, a reducing connector to step between sizes, and a T, Y or X piece to split a line. For threaded ends, check whether you need BSP or NPT. If you use several sizes, an assortment kit and refills keep the common fittings on hand.
