V-Belt Pulleys

Available in pilot bore, bored and keyed, and taper lock configurations across A, B, C, SPA, SPB, SPC and SPZ/Z sections. Taper lock pulleys allow fast removal and re-installation without specialised tooling, making them the preferred choice for most industrial drive applications. Choose from aluminium for lighter duty applications or cast iron for heavy-duty industrial use.

Timing Pulleys

Precision timing pulleys for synchronous drive applications in HTD (3M, 5M, 8M, 14M), T5, T10, XL, L and H series. Aluminium pilot bore pulleys suit lighter positioning and indexing applications, while taper lock cast iron pulleys handle the demands of continuous industrial duty. Gates PolyChain GT sprockets are available for high-torque applications.

Idler Pulleys

Flat and V-groove idler pulleys for tensioning belt drives. Available in flanged and non-flanged flat styles, and A, B, C and 5V section V-groove profiles from Aetna, Don Dye and Gates. Single and double row bearing configurations suit a wide range of drive tensions and speeds.

Choosing the Right Pulley

Pulley selection depends on your belt type, power requirements, shaft size and available space. Key considerations include bore size and keyway dimensions, number of grooves, outside diameter and face width. Taper lock hubs allow quick removal and re-use across multiple bore sizes.
