Beaver PVC Protective Sleeving for 65 mm Slings (PSL050PVC)

The Beaver PVC protective sleeving, code PSL050PVC, is a PVC sleeve from Beaver's protective sleeving range for lifting slings (manufacturer-stated). Beaver's sleeve table lists PSL050PVC as suiting a 65 mm sling diameter, 2,000 kg flat slings and 3,000 kg round slings (manufacturer-stated). Beaver's sling guidelines say to protect sling webbing from the sharp edges of the load by using protective sleeves (manufacturer-stated).

The 2,000 kg and 3,000 kg figures are the sizes of sling the sleeve suits, not a working load limit for the sleeve. The sleeve itself carries no load, and Beaver publishes no length, thickness or temperature rating for it. Lift only with slings that are rated and marked with their working load limit (WLL).
