Bossweld Tweco 4 Style MIG Torch 12 ft, Bayonet | 91.440MK

The Bossweld Tweco 4 Style MIG Torch is an air-cooled heavy-duty torch with a Euro or bayonet connection, in 10 ft (about 3.0 m), 12 ft (about 3.6 m) and 15 ft (about 4.5 m) cables. It is rated at 400 A with CO2 and 350 A with mixed gas at a 60% duty cycle.

It is fully compatible with Tweco 4 style contact tips, nozzles and gas diffusers, including the heavy duty range. A complete MIG torch connects the wire feeder to the arc. It carries the welding current, shielding gas and wire, and the amp rating is quoted at a duty cycle: a rating at 60% duty means the torch can weld at that current for 6 minutes in every 10 before it needs to cool.

Selecting the right option

Choose the torch by the current you weld at, the cable length you need and the connection your machine takes. A longer cable gives more reach but a heavier, stiffer lead, and the connection (Euro or bayonet) has to match your wire feeder. Pick the torch style that matches the consumables you already stock, so tips, nozzles and diffusers stay interchangeable.
