Epirez High Performance Epoxy Grout (280S) 30kg
Available
Epirez is an Australian epoxy systems brand supplying structural epoxy grouts, floor coatings, concrete repair compounds, crack sealers, chocking compounds, and acid-resistant coatings to construction, mining, processing, and industrial maintenance operations across Australia.
Epirez structural epoxy grout systems provide the compressive strength, creep resistance, and chemical durability required for machine base plates, anchor bolts, and precision structural grouting. 280S is the premium grade, formulated for the highest compressive strength and precision machine-base work, and can be extended with QA30 aggregate for deeper pours.
Where this product is used
Used across construction, industrial maintenance, mining, and processing plant projects.
- Grouting machine bases, pump pedestals, and compressor foundations for precision load transfer.
- Setting anchor bolts, hold-down bolts, and structural embedments in concrete.
- High-strength grouting under crane rails, bridge bearings, and heavy equipment foundations.

Selecting the right option
Select the grout grade by compressive strength, pour depth, and working temperature. 280S (this product) suits precision machining applications requiring the highest strength; 5137 is the standard general-purpose grade; 5137HES suits urgent reinstatement. Precondition the product to 18–25°C before use. All three are two-component epoxy systems — mix at the specified ratio and pour within the pot life window. For a cement-based (non-epoxy) alternative for general construction grouting, see our Class A Superstrength Grout.
