The Garrick 6005-0 is the spare cutter wheel for the Garrick tube cutters: the 6430-1 mini tube cutter, the 7330-1 No.30 tube cutter and the 7435-1, 7445-1 and 7476-1 telescopic tube cutters.
The tube cutters use an instant cutter wheel change system that needs no tool, so a worn wheel can be swapped on the job.
