Engineered with a NASA-derived turbine wheel, the Silver Sonic range produces the same force as a comparable ball vibrator at twice the frequency while drawing less than one-fifth of the air, running on as little as 5 psi. That makes this pneumatic vibrator the efficient choice wherever plant air is limited or costly. The one-piece aluminium housing will not flake or peel and needs no lubrication, so as an air vibrator it suits food processing, pharmaceutical and other clean-environment lines. Four sizes from SST-12 to SST-35 cover light powders through to heavier bulk material, all within OSHA noise guidelines when fitted with a muffler.

Silver Sonic turbine vibrators use compressed air to spin an unbalanced turbine wheel, producing rotary vibration. The more unbalanced the wheel and the faster it turns, the greater the centrifugal force. Mounted to a hopper or bin wall, that vibration carries through to the material inside, cutting wall friction so gravity restores flow in the direction the wheel turns.
