NACHI deep-groove ball bearings are the most versatile and widely used bearing type in industrial machinery, carrying moderate radial and bidirectional axial loads at high speed across the 6000, 6200, 6300, 6800 and 6900 series. Manufactured in Japan to JIS (ISO) standard boundary dimensions, they are direct interchangeable replacements for equivalent SKF, FAG, NSK and NTN bearings in the same designation. Available open, with metal shields (Z, ZZ) or with contact rubber seals (NS, 2NS, NSE, 2NSE), plus snap-ring (NR) variants and C3 clearance for press-fit and thermal-expansion applications in electric motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and conveyors. Heat-resistant rubber seals operate to 130 degrees C and NACHI Quest grease doubles grease life up to 150 degrees C, reducing maintenance intervals.
