This 3 piece solid carbide countersink set (ordering no. CM2600) covers the 6.3mm, 10.4mm and 16.5mm diameters trades reach for most, in one case. The solid carbide body and AlTiN coating give it the thermal stability to run dry at high speed on treated steels and dies up to 67 Rc — harder material than a standard HSS countersink can machine. Each countersink keeps the same 3 flute, 90° DIN 335C design and open groove geometry as the wider Noga range, for a self-centering cut with strong chip evacuation.
