Sterling 29-740B 150mm Black Magic Plastic Anvil Snip

The Sterling Black Magic 29-740B is a 150mm anvil snip with a plastic anvil, ground stainless steel blades and a spring loaded action with a safety lock, manufactured in the EU (manufacturer-stated).

Sterling states that the plastic anvil is to prevent sparks and minimise electrical conductivity, and lists the snip for cutting shot-cord, Detcord and explosive wiring (manufacturer-stated). In the Black Panther selection chart (range catalogue Edition 25) Detcord and explosive wiring is the only application ticked for the 29-740B.

Sterling describes the snip as light and compact for easy use, with ground stainless steel blades (manufacturer-stated). The catalogue lists it as supplied in bulk packaging.
