Sutton D504SET3 3 Piece HSS Step Drill Set - 4-12, 4-20, 4-30mm, ABS Case

The Sutton D504SET3 is a three piece HSS step drill set in an ABS case: a 4-12mm drill (9 steps), a 4-20mm drill (9 steps) and a 4-30mm drill (14 steps). The spiral flute drills sheet metal, aluminium, plastic and fibre glass without pre-drilling, and the next step deburrs the hole as it is drilled.

Fixed drilling steps with a spiral flute are designed to reduce vibration and give greater control through the steps. The drills are constructed from M2 high speed steel, designed to give a combination of strength, heat and wear resistance, and the flat shank has three flats to suit 3-jaw chucks. The set covers hole sizes from 4 mm to 30 mm.
