Bossweld Binzel MB 100 Style Cylindrical Nozzle fits Binzel MB 100 style MIG torches. It is a cylindrical nozzle made to fit the front end of MB 100 style torches, supplied in a pack of 2.

The nozzle directs shielding gas around the weld pool to protect it from the atmosphere, and it shields the front end of the torch from spatter and heat. A cylindrical nozzle has straight sides, which gives a wide, even gas shield over the weld pool.

Selecting the right option

Choose the nozzle to match your torch style, insulator and diffuser, and pick the diameter for the job: a larger nozzle gives wider gas coverage for higher-current welding, and a smaller one gets into tighter joints. Spatter that builds up inside a nozzle restricts gas flow and can cause porosity, so clean nozzles regularly and replace them when they are damaged or heavily worn.
