Bossweld binzel Style Contact Tips, 0.8mm

Bossweld Binzel Style Contact Tips 6 x 25mm, 0.8 and 0.9mm fit Binzel style MIG torches with 6mm x 25mm tips. They are supplied in 0.8 and 0.9mm bores, and each pack holds 10 tips. Tip dimensions: 6mm body diameter and 25mm long.

Standard tips suit everyday MIG welding of steel and stainless steel wire. If you weld at higher current or for long arc-on times, a Heavy Duty tip in the same style is the step up.

Choosing the right option

Match the bore to your wire diameter: a 1.2mm wire needs a 1.2mm tip. Check the thread and length against the tip you are replacing, because tips from different torch styles can look alike but will not interchange. Replace tips when the bore wears oversize, the arc becomes unstable or the wire starts to stick.
