Loc-Line 1/4" Modular Hose System
The 1/4" Loc-Line system is the most compact of the modular ball-and-socket coolant and air hose ranges. The reduced bore makes it the right choice for bench grinders, manual lathes, small CNC machines, tool-and-cutter grinders and any application where space is tight or lower flow volumes are sufficient — typical use cases include single-point coolant streams onto drills and end mills under 12mm, surface grinding wheels, and precision air-blow applications. Like every Loc-Line size, the segments snap together by hand without tools and hold their position under pump pressure and vibration.
What's in the 1/4" range
The 84 products in this collection cover the complete 1/4" system — flexible hose segments and segment packs, assembly kits (hose + manifold + nozzle bundled), flat-fan and round nozzles for different spray patterns, NPT and BSPT machine connectors to suit standard coolant pump outlets, manifolds, valves, T-fittings and adapters to step up to the larger systems.
When to step up a size
