Loc-Line 3/4" Modular Hose System
The 3/4" Loc-Line system is the high-flow option in the modular ball-and-socket coolant range, designed for larger CNC machining centres, big-bore lathes and grinding machines where the 1/2" system can't deliver enough volume. Typical use cases include flood coolant on large face mills, multi-spindle drilling heads, broaching machines, gear-cutting machines and any setup where the cutting zone needs more than the standard 1/2" line can supply. The larger bore drops pressure loss across the line while keeping the same tool-free snap-together assembly that makes Loc-Line the standard choice.
What's in the 3/4" range
The 21 products in this collection cover the core 3/4" system — flexible hose segments, hoses with integrated mounts, flat-fan and round nozzles sized for the higher flow rate, threaded connectors and fittings. The 3/4" range is more focused than the smaller systems because the application set is narrower — most workshops only need the 3/4" line on one or two large machines.
When to step down a size
If you're not certain you need the higher flow, the 1/2" Loc-Line system handles most CNC coolant applications and is significantly more popular. Adapters in the 3/4" range allow you to step down at the nozzle end if needed.
