Industrial Paint from Anchor, Galmet, Dy-Mark and Keytite

AIMS Industrial sells industrial paints and protective coatings from Galmet, Dy-Mark and Anchor for steel protection, corrosion prevention, industrial maintenance painting and line marking applications. Products include cold galvanising zinc-rich coatings, etch primers, structural primers, anti-rust paints, enamel topcoats and solvent-based line marking paint available in cans from 250ml to 4 litres.

Brands in This Range

• Galmet: Galmet manufactures specialised protective coatings for steel including cold galvanising compounds, Duragal aluminium-rich coatings and industrial primer systems. Galmet coatings are widely used for protecting fabricated steel, welds and structural sections in industrial and infrastructure applications.
• Keytite: provides industrial surface preparation products including etch primers for treating bare metal surfaces before topcoat application. The Keytite Steel Primer (distributed under the Galmet brand) is used for priming bare steel before protective coating systems.
• Dy-Mark: Dy-Mark supplies industrial marking products and paints including solvent-based line marking paint for marking floors, car parks, warehouses, construction sites and sports grounds.
• Anchor: Anchor is an Australian manufacturer of industrial paints and protective coatings. The Anchor Shield range includes cold galvanising zinc-rich coatings, anti-rust paints, etch primers and industrial enamel topcoats formulated for long-term steel protection in industrial, agricultural and construction environments.

Product Types and Protective Coating Systems

• Cold Galvanising Coatings: High zinc-content coatings that provide galvanic (sacrificial) protection of steel by the same mechanism as hot-dip galvanising. Cold galvanising compounds are applied by brush or spray to bare steel surfaces including fabricated sections, welds, damaged galvanising and structural steel. Products include the Anchor Shield Cold Galvanising, Galmet Cold Galvanizing Protection (zinc-rich) and the aluminium-rich Galmet Duragal system.
• Etch Primers: Reactive primers that chemically bond to bare metal surfaces (steel, aluminium, galvanised steel) to provide a keyed surface for topcoat adhesion. Etch primers are the correct first coat in a multi-coat protective paint system on bare or prepared metal substrates. Products include Anchor Industrial Etch Primer and Keytite Etch Primer.
• Anti-Rust and Structural Primers: The Anchor Shield anti-rust range provides inhibitive primer protection for steel in aggressive environments. Anchor Industrial Structural Primer and the Grey Oxide and Red Oxide primers from Galmet are used as mid-coat products in full paint systems for industrial and infrastructure steelwork.
• Enamel Topcoats: Anchor Max Industrial Enamel provides a durable gloss finish for industrial equipment, machinery, fencing and structural steelwork. Available in multiple colours including the Anchor Max Ford Tractor Blue for agricultural and equipment repainting applications.
• Line Marking Paint: Dy-Mark solvent-based line marking paint is used for marking factory floors, warehouses, car parks, playgrounds, construction sites and sports surfaces. Solvent-based formulations provide fast dry times and high durability for high-traffic floor marking applications.
