Choosing a crane
Start with the heaviest load and the height you need to lift it. Check the capacity at the working radius, not just the headline figure, because a crane lifts less as the load moves further out. Then think about where it will be used. A mini crane suits a workshop or yard, while a ute crane lets you lift on the job and move on. The Garrick is a 12 volt unit, so check your vehicle's battery and charging suits it.
