• Macnaught FLEXIGUN (K29 & K32): The Macnaught K29 FLEXIGUN (450g) and K32 FLEXIGUN (400g) are Australia’s most popular professional workshop grease guns — recognised by maintenance technicians for consistent pressure delivery, two-hand operation, and compatibility with all standard 400g & 450g grease cartridges. The K29 is the standard-duty benchmark; the K32 is a compact trigger action variant for confined spaces and is suitable for underground mining, as is the K45.
• Macnaught POWERGUN Battery Grease Gun: The Macnaught PG450 POWERGUN is a high-performance lithium-ion battery powered grease gun for production maintenance programs and heavy plant lubrication. Battery operation eliminates manual lever effort, reduces operator fatigue during extended greasing runs, and provides consistent output pressure regardless of grease viscosity or ambient temperature.
• Alemlube Trigger Action Grease Guns: Alemlube 400g trigger action grease gun (220A), EL Series trigger action gun (G10010N), and flexible extension trigger gun (660AN) provide one-hand trigger-operated greasing for accessible nipples. The flexible extension is designed for nipples in confined or awkward locations where a straight coupler cannot seat correctly.
• Hansa KH600 Pistol Grease Gun: The Hansa KH600 pistol grip grease gun (450g) provides an alternative ergonomic layout to the trigger-action format — suits some users’ hand size and working posture for extended greasing tasks.
• Alemlube Mini (Pom Pom) Grease Gun: The Alemlube 150g mini pom-pom grease gun accepts small 150g cartridges for light-duty lubrication of small bearings, door hinges, and components where a full-size gun would apply too much grease or be physically impractical.

Grease Gun Selection Guide

• Match Output Pressure to Application: Standard trigger guns deliver 35–50 MPa output. High-pressure lever guns deliver up to 55 MPa. For seized nipples and high-viscosity grease in cold environments, select a lever or battery gun with the highest rated output pressure.
• Match Grease Compatibility: Standard grease guns accept either 450g or 400g cartridges. Always use a grease compatible with what’s already in the bearing — mixing incompatible base chemistries (lithium vs calcium, lithium vs polyurea) can cause grease breakdown and accelerated bearing wear.
