Shaviv’s blade range covers the E series for standard edge work and the B series for large bores and chamfers. All blades are HSS for extended cutting life. Order the blade profile that matches your most common deburring task.
- Shaviv E100 HSS Deburring Blade: The standard E100 HSS deburring blade for internal and external edge deburring on steel, aluminium, brass, and stainless steel. The E100’s swivel geometry allows the blade tip to follow curved and complex edges without blade repositioning, covering both inside and outside corner deburring in a single continuous pass. The HSS blade material maintains edge geometry significantly longer than carbon steel on stainless and high-tensile materials where soft blade edges dull rapidly and require frequent changes. - Shaviv E100S Cobalt Extra Close Deburring Blade Set — 10 Pack: E100S cobalt-grade extra-close deburring blades for extended cutting life on hardened steels, stainless, and titanium where standard HSS dulls too rapidly for production deburring operations. The B series blade has a larger swing radius suited to deburring the internal diameter edges of bored housings, large-diameter tube ends, and valve body ports where the E series blade tip would not reach the full bore circumference.
