Brake Roller Tester
A brake roller tester measures the braking force on each wheel of a vehicle as the wheel rotates on driven rollers, producing per-axle results for workshop inspection, fleet maintenance and roadworthy certification. The vehicle drives onto the rollers, the rollers spin the wheels under controlled conditions, and load cells record the braking force as the brakes are applied. This is the Alemlube 15-tonne mobile commercial roller brake tester, built to Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4613:2017 (Automotive equipment — Brake force measuring instruments), with automatic per-axle weight and brake-force display on an LCD monitor.
