The Alemlube 5080AN High Flow Refuelling Drum Pump is a heavy-duty, hand-operated rotary drum pump built for fast, controlled refuelling straight from a drum, IBC or bulk tank. Its low-torque bi-lobe (Roots-style) rotor moves up to 100 litres per minute — around one litre for every turn of the handle — so operators can transfer diesel, petrol and light oils quickly without the fatigue of a slower lever pump. Supplied complete with an FA2 10-micron fuel filter, delivery hose, spout and bung adaptor, it is ready to mount and run out of the box.

Selecting the right refuelling pump
Choose the 5080AN when you need higher flow than a standard lever pump but do not have power at the point of use. The lockable handle helps prevent unauthorised fuel transfer — useful on shared sites and unattended storage — while the PPR-covered grip and low-torque rotor reduce operator fatigue during high-volume transfer.
Match the pump to your fluid. The 5080AN suits diesel, petrol, kerosene and oils up to SAE 30. It is not designed for solvents or chemicals, which can attack the Buna-N seals. If you do not need the FA2 filter, the companion 5060AN covers diesel, petrol, Avgas, kerosene and light oils. For thicker oils or chemical duty, talk to the AIMS team about a more suitable pump.
