Austlift Eye Bolt Swing

• Swivel Eye Bolt Points are accordingly to AS2318 for the swivel component.
• Used as a swiveling load ring able to swivel 360¬∞ with a pivot of 90¬∞.
• Made from G100 alloy steel with Orange painted finish, manufactured with an elongated ring in metric thread sizes 8mm to 20mm.
• Marked with work load limit in tonne, nominal size in millimetre, quality mark and supplier identification.
• Designed by forged alloy steel, quenched, and tempered.
• 360¬∞ rotation with 90¬∞ pivot function.
• Rated at 100% at 90¬∞ angle.
• 100% magnaflux crack detection.
• Test certificate available upon request.

Proof tested in 2 stages:

1. 1.25 x working load limit with ball bearing included.
2. Removal of ball bearing that is subject to damages, then 2x working load limit is applied.
