- Swivel Eye Bolt Points are accordingly to AS2318 for the swivel component.
- Used as a swiveling load ring able to swivel 360° with a pivot of 90°.
- Made from G100 alloy steel with Orange painted finish, manufactured with an elongated ring in metric thread sizes 8mm to 20mm.
- Marked with work load limit in tonne, nominal size in millimetre, quality mark and supplier identification.
- Designed by forged alloy steel, quenched, and tempered.
- 360° rotation with 90° pivot function.
- Rated at 100% at 90° angle.
- 100% magnaflux crack detection.
- Test certificate available upon request.
Proof tested in 2 stages:
- 1.25 x working load limit with ball bearing included.
- Removal of ball bearing that is subject to damages, then 2x working load limit is applied.
