The BECO stainless flanged miniature deep groove ball bearing carries an integral flange that locates the outer ring against the face of the housing, so no separate shoulder, circlip or spacer is needed.
Rings and balls are hardened stainless steel; the cage and shields are AISI 304. That is what lets them work in damp plant, wash-down areas and outdoor gear where a standard bearing corrodes. Shielded on both sides and greased for life, with a working range of -20°C to +100°C and standard radial internal clearance.
BECO do not recommend this range where acids, salts or sea water are present. If that is the job you have in front of you, give us a call and we will get the right one for you.
