About Boiler Tube Brush

• Twisted in wire brushes are known by many names, such as spiral, tube, bottle, pipe, and more, but generally, they are manufactured using the same construction technique.
• A piece of wire is doubled over and bristle material is inserted between the fold of the wire stem, the wire stem is then twisted into a brush.
• The most common brush "fills" are steel wire, stainless steel wire, brass wire, and nylon.
• All Bordo condenser tubes and boiler tube brushes feature a BSW male threaded ferrule.
• They may be used by hand or with power equipment.
• All brushes are available as a single or double spiral.
• The double spiral is a heavier construction with a more dense brush face for more aggressive brushing and is ideally suited to use with a power tool.
