Bordo Flap Disc Zirconia
- Zirconia (Zirconium Oxide)
 - Flap discs are available in a wide range of sizes and grits and are used for applications including weld seam removal, surface blending, edge grinding and weld preparation on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
 - Their main advantage over other types of abrasives in that they grind and finish in one operation, thereby, reducing both finishing time and finishing costs.
 - Flap discs produce very little vibration and noise during use.
 - Zirconia is significantly tougher than aluminium oxide abrasives which makes zirconia well suited to high pressure machining and grinding applications.
 - Zirconia has a good heat resistance and is commonly used in general steel fabrication for the grinding and finishing of steel, and stainless steel.
