• TiAlN (Titanium Aluminium Nitride) coating provides higher temperature resistance and improved surface hardness.
• Optimised for machining Cast Iron.

• Designed for tapping blind holes where the right hand spiral forces swarf out of the hole and prevents clogging which may cause breakage or spoiled threads.
• Designed to withstand the high stress and high heat associated with CNC production tapping.
• Optimised material and geometry to manage the difficult and highly abrasive machining of cast iron.
• TiAlN coating increases tool surface hardness to 87Rc.
• For machining materials with Hardness < 300 HB : Tensile Strength <1000 N/mm².
