- HSSE-V3 Yellow Band Spiral Flute Tap.
- HSSE-V3 HSSE with 3% Vanadium high performance tap.
- Optimised for machining Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys.
- Spiral flute with 40° helix angle.
- Designed for tapping blind holes where the right hand spiral forces swarf out of the hole and prevents clogging which may cause breakage or spoiled threads.
- Designed to withstand the high stress and high heat associated with CNC production tapping.
- Optimised geometry to manage difficult long chip formation and material which has tendencies to stick to the tool.
- For machining materials with Hardness < 200 HB: Tensile Strength <700 N/mm².
