Mitutoyo 511-721-20 Bore Gauge 18-35mm 0.001mm

The Mitutoyo Series 511 bore gauge measures the inside diameter of a hole. Toolrooms, quality control teams and machinists use it to check bored and reamed holes against a tight tolerance. The series suits highly accurate measurements. Three ranges are available here, 18 to 35mm, 35 to 60mm and 50 to 150mm, and each comes with a 0.001mm or a 0.01mm dial indicator.

Graduation is the smallest step the gauge shows. Accuracy is how close a reading is to the true size. They are different things, so check both. The 0.001mm dial shows finer steps and suits tight tolerances. The 0.01mm dial is quicker to read for general work. The bore gauge on its own has an accuracy of 2 µm for all six models.
