Mitutoyo 511-753-20 Bore Gauge 2-6" 0.0001"

The Mitutoyo Series 511 imperial bore gauge measures the inside diameter of a hole from 2" to 6". Toolrooms, quality control teams and machinists who work in inches use it to check bored and reamed holes. The series suits highly accurate measurements and has a carbide-tipped contact point and anvil for durability and wear resistance.

Graduation is the smallest step the gauge shows. Accuracy is how close a reading is to the true size. They are different things, so check both. Two dials are offered. The 0.0001" dial shows finer steps. The 0.0005" dial is quicker to read. The bore gauge on its own has an accuracy of 0.00008" for both.
