The Bossweld 71T-1M Flux Cored MIG Wire is a precision layer wound, gas-shielded flux-cored mild steel wire for use with argon and CO2 mixed shielding gas. It is classified AWS A5.20 E71T1-M (manufacturer-stated).
The titanium oxide slag system gives good weldability, bead appearance and slag detachability, with low diffusible hydrogen. It suits single or multi-pass welding of low carbon and low alloy high strength steel in the 500 MPa grade, and comes in 1.2 and 1.6 mm on 15 kg spools.
