Bossweld Binzel Style Contact Tip 0.9 mm M6 x 8 x 28 mm Aluminium fits Binzel style MIG torches that take M6 x 28 mm tips and has a 0.9 mm bore. Each pack holds 10 tips. Tip dimensions: M6 thread, 8 mm body diameter and 28 mm long.

The aluminium type is for MIG welding aluminium wire. Aluminium wire is soft and sticks easily, so pair these tips with a Teflon liner and a drive roller made for aluminium.

Selecting the right option

Match the bore to your wire diameter: a 1.2 mm wire needs a 1.2 mm tip. Check the thread and length against the tip you are replacing, because tips from different torch styles can look alike but will not interchange. Replace tips when the bore wears oversize, the arc becomes unstable or the wire starts to stick. If you are unsure which tip your torch takes, contact AIMS with the torch model before ordering.
