Bossweld Plasma Air Filter M26 | 94.M26

The Bossweld Plasma Air Filter M26 is an inline filter that removes moisture, oil and particulates from the compressed air feeding a plasma cutter. Clean, dry air protects the torch parts, helps the consumables last longer and gives a cleaner, more consistent cut.

Water and oil in the air line are a common cause of poor arc starts, a sputtering arc and short consumable life, so a filter at the machine is cheap protection. The filter uses a replaceable element, sold separately as the Bossweld Replacement Element for M26.

Selecting the right option

Check the air connection size on the filter against your air line and the machine before ordering, and fit the filter as close to the machine as practical. Change the element when it is clogged or contaminated, and drain any collected moisture as part of routine maintenance.
