The Bossweld Spool Gun Drive Roller is a U-groove replacement roller for spool guns welding aluminium wire. It comes in 3 sizes: 18 x 14 x 6 mm with a 0.9/1.2 mm groove, and 20 x 8 x 6 mm with a 0.9/1.0 mm or 1.0/1.2 mm groove.

The U-groove profile grips aluminium wire positively and limits slippage, which supports smooth, stable wire delivery and a steadier arc.

Selecting the right option

Match the roller to your wire type and size and to your machine: the outer diameter, bore (inner diameter) and width all have to match the roller you are replacing, and the groove has to suit the wire diameter. Replace rollers when the grooves are worn or the wire slips, and replace them as a set where your feeder uses more than one.
