Bossweld Tweco 1 Style Contact Tip 0.9 mm M6 fits Tweco 1 style (11 series) MIG torches and has a 0.9 mm bore. Each pack holds 10 tips. Tip dimensions: M6 thread.

Standard tips suit everyday MIG welding of steel and stainless steel wire. If you weld at higher current or for long arc-on times, a Heavy Duty tip in the same style is the step up.

Selecting the right option

Match the bore to your wire diameter: a 1.2 mm wire needs a 1.2 mm tip. Check the thread and length against the tip you are replacing, because tips from different torch styles can look alike but will not interchange. Replace tips when the bore wears oversize, the arc becomes unstable or the wire starts to stick. If you are unsure which tip your torch takes, contact AIMS with the torch model before ordering.
