This listing has three cartridges of 240 labels each: 12.7 x 22.86, 9.52 x 25.4 and 12.7 x 25.4 mm (height x width), with round secondary labels of about 11.2, 9.53 and 9.53 mm (manufacturer-stated).

Brady describes B-499 as a matte nylon cloth with an aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive for low temperatures, a service temperature of -40 to 90 °C, and halogen-free, autoclavable material suited to cryogenic storage. It lists abrasion, chemical, humidity, low temperature, UV and weather resistance, indoor use and high surface energy surfaces (manufacturer-stated). Brady's Australian page lists no approval for these parts, and its US page lists UL969 and CSA C22.2 No. 0.15-95 in the description (manufacturer-stated).
