M21-375-7425 B-7425 Polypropylene Lab Label Cartridge, Black on White, 9.53 mm x 6.4 m

Brady M21 B-7425 cartridges are matte white polypropylene laboratory labels for vials, slides and test tubes. Each cartridge holds the label roll and its print ribbon (manufacturer-stated). Three widths are listed, each 6.4 m long: 9.53, 12.7 and 19.05 mm. The M210 LAB printer is supplied with one M21-750-7425 cartridge (manufacturer-stated).

B-7425 is 0.10 mm polypropylene with a permanent acrylic adhesive (manufacturer-stated). Brady says the label stays on in autoclave, freezer and liquid nitrogen environments (manufacturer-stated). The data sheet lists service from -80 to 70 °C, cryogenic exposure to -196 °C and autoclave exposure of 20 minutes at 120 °C (manufacturer-stated). It resists chemicals, solvents and smearing, and Brady quotes a 2-year shelf life (manufacturer-stated). Brady publishes data sheet values as averages, not as specification limits.

Two numbers identify each cartridge. The product code is the alphanumeric code printed on the cartridge, and it is the code to search for or quote. The Brady ordering number is the six-digit number Brady uses to identify the cartridge. Both are in the table below, and the Product Code shown for each option on this page is the printed code.

Selecting the right option

Choose B-7425 for flat laboratory labels that must handle freezers, autoclaves, liquid nitrogen or solvents. If the label needs to wrap around a tube and protect its own print, the B-461 self-laminating lab label cartridges is the self-laminating option. The 19.05 mm cartridge, M21-750-7425, is the one that ships with the M210 LAB label printer.
