Brady 836308 Reflective Warning Tape (Class 2), 50 mm x 4.5 m, Red/White Striped

Brady reflective warning tape is a Class 2 reflective tape on a 4.5 m roll, in 50 and 75 mm widths. This listing has 9 rolls: red and white and yellow and black stripes in both widths, solid yellow in both widths, and 50 mm rolls in orange, white and yellow and black checkered (manufacturer-stated).

Brady's Australian pages name the material B-957 self-adhesive vinyl, give an average outdoor durability of 4 to 6 years and say the tape suits outdoor or indoor use, sticks to clean, smooth, dry areas and bends to curved or angled surfaces. They suggest it for truck table tops with rear marking plates and for barriers, fences and machinery (manufacturer-stated).

Brady's US pages for the orange (78989) and checkered (76321) rolls add a permanent acrylic adhesive, a service temperature from -40 to 158 °F (-40 to 70 °C converted), a minimum application temperature of 64 °F (18 °C converted) and a reflective type of Engineer Grade and a thickness of 0.014 in (about 0.36 mm converted), and give the UPC for those two rolls (manufacturer-stated). Brady lists no standard for the Class 2 rating and gives no thickness or temperature on its Australian pages. Where Brady's page gives imperial sizes, the metric figure is converted and may differ slightly from other listings. The Product Code is Brady's ordering number for each roll (Brady prints no separate part number). Check that the product suits your surface, traffic and site conditions before you apply it.

Selecting the right option

Choose the width and colour or pattern from the table. For the higher Class 1 grade see the Brady Class 1 ultra high intensity exterior tape, and for a non-reflective indoor warning tape the Brady indoor warning tape. Brady's product pages are written for the US market, so standards or approvals they list may be North American. Ask us if an approval matters for your job.
