• F30M grade, carbide PVD.
• PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition).
• PVD coated grades are recommended for applications with low feed rates where high edge toughness is required.
• PVD-coated grades are suitable for applications with low to intermediate cutting speed.

F30M Grade

• Basic grade for Minimaster inserts and thread milling inserts.
• Also suitable for milling stainless steel, hardened steel, and superalloys.
• (Ti, Al) N – TiN.

About Chamfer Turbo 12 2-Cutting-Edge-Single-Sided Inserts

• Available in Arbor, CombimasterTM and Seco-Capto connections.
• 30°, 45°, 60°, and 75° setting angles.
