Mitutoyo 129-110 Depth Micrometer 0-75mm

The Mitutoyo Series 129 is an analog depth micrometer for measuring the depth of holes, slots and steps to 0.01mm. It suits toolrooms, machinists, fitters and inspectors. Interchangeable ø4mm rods with lapped measuring surfaces give it a wide measuring range, and a ratchet stop gives a constant measuring force. There is also a measuring rod lock.

There are six models, from 0 to 75mm up to 0 to 300mm. Each range comes with a set number of rods and a choice of base: 63.5 x 16mm or 101.6 x 16mm. Graduation is the smallest step you can read on the scale. Accuracy is a separate figure. It is the maximum permissible error, which is the most the reading is allowed to be out. The rod zero point error is ±3µm on the 75mm model and rises to ±6µm on the 300mm model.
