Mitutoyo 128-101 Depth Micrometer 0-25mm

The Mitutoyo Series 128 is a simple analog depth micrometer for measuring the depth of holes, slots and steps over a 25mm (1") range. It suits toolrooms, machinists, fitters and apprentices. It has a ø4mm measuring rod with a rod clamp and a ratchet stop for constant measuring force. Mitutoyo also offers a carbide-tipped rod version under other part numbers.

Three models are available: a 0 to 1" inch model and two 0 to 25mm metric models that differ only in the base width. Graduation is the smallest step you can read on the scale. Accuracy is a separate figure. It is the maximum permissible error, which is the most the reading is allowed to be out. The metric models are ±3µm and the inch model is ±0.00015".
