Mitutoyo 193-101 Digit Micrometer 0-25mm

The Mitutoyo Series 193 digit outside micrometer has a mechanical counter that shows the reading as numbers, so you do not have to add up scale marks. It reads to 0.01mm. It suits toolrooms, quality control, machinists and fitters who want quick, low-error readings. It has carbide-tipped faces and a ratchet stop.

It comes in two sizes, 0 to 25mm and 25 to 50mm. Graduation is the smallest step you can read on the scale. Accuracy is a separate figure. It is the maximum permissible error, which is the most the reading is allowed to be out. Both sizes are ±2µm. If you want to read down to 0.001mm, a vernier version of the same micrometer under other part numbers.
